2019 – Fire Prevention Open House

Each year the members of the Guilderland Volunteer Fire Department participate in NFPA’s Annual Fire Prevention Week. This year, on Saturday October 5th the department held its annual fire prevention open house which featured demonstrations, games, food, truck & station tours, a bouncy house and much more.

The Guilderland Fire Department is volunteer, made up of your friends and neighbors who are committed to helping in a time of need and enhancing the quality of life in Guilderland. Any resident of the Guilderland Fire District who is of good standing in the community and between the ages of 16 and 65 can apply for membership.
