On the Morning of Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10:32 am, the members of the Guilderland Fire Department were dispatched for a Garbage truck at Pizza Gram which had the trash inside on fire. The operator of the truck was able to dump its load into the parking lot where the fire continued to burn.
Fort Hunter and Westmere Fire Departments also responded to assist with the large task of pulling the pile apart to ensure it was completely extinguished.
